Requests for changes and technical support for commercial and research users

Request changes

Depending on your licensor and data deliverer you can request support and changes as follows:

Commercial customers with ECMWF as licensor 

Users with the Basic or Bronze service package need to contact ECMWF to make the change for them. Please use our Support Portal.  If a change increases your data volume, you may be moved to a higher volume band. In this case, a fee will be applied. 

Users with the Silver or Gold service package can request a change to their dissemination data via the Product Requirement Editor (PREd)

Commercial customers with a licensor other than ECMWF

Users with a licensor other than ECMWF must contact their licensor to request a change.

Operational issues, outside of UK office working hours

For urgent matters regarding the transmission of files, please check the status page and if necessary, open a ticket. 24/7 Operational support is available for users with the Bronze, Silver and Gold service package.
