The 104th American Meteorological Society (AMS) Annual Meeting takes place from 28 January to 1 February 2024 in Baltimore and online, with the theme ‘Living in a changing environment’.

We are involved in a number of sessions throughout the event, presenting topics including forecasting system improvements, data assimilation, our new AIFS data-driven model, trends in AI and conventional NWP, data storage and extraction, experiences with open data, and global fire activity and emissions.
